2. The part number or marking on the part being replaced.
3. Connector type, cable length, mounting points and dimensions.
4. Voltage, material or fluid-system specification when applicable.
5. Whether the required item must be new, refurbished or used/disassembled.

What to send for compatibility confirmation

Send the printer model, existing part number, photographs of the complete part and connector, any readable non-sensitive label details, required quantity and delivery country.
